IOP level of treatment is 3 or more hours per day for 3 to 5 days per week.


We are not in network with any PPO insurance plans, but we can accept them as an out-of-network provider.

Appointment Schedule

Comfortable Clothing

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activities you'll engage in during your treatment sessions. Dressing in layers can be helpful to adjust to varying temperatures..

Personal Hygiene Items

Personal hygiene items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and any other toiletries you may need.

Snacks and Water

Healthy snacks and a refillable water bottle can be useful to stay nourished and hydrated during your sessions.

Notebook and Pen

A notebook and pen to take notes during therapy sessions or to jot down important information or insights.

List of Questions and Goals

A list of questions or concerns you want to address during your treatment, as well as your treatment goals.

Payment Information

If you are responsible for any co-pays or fees, be prepared to make payments or provide payment information as needed.
