Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Mental Health in Santa Monica, CA, for mood disorders like Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Postpartum Depression, Bipolar Depression, and Borderline Personality Disorder is specifically designed for people such as students or working professionals. It provides a flexible solution that fits with their demanding schedules via telemedicine or in-person.
Our multimodal treatment approach is led by board-certified psychiatrists and a team of doctors, therapists, specialists, and other certified or licensed providers.
Patients can attend the program at home or through our supportive living environment. Most PPO Insurance covers it.
The IOP meets 3-5 days per week for 4 hours over 5-8 weeks, depending on the patient’s diagnosis.
Private and Safe Treatment
All patients have daily and frequent check-ins with therapists, nurses and doctors; without the hassle of disrupting your work and family schedules.
We do have housing as well if you need a place to stay during treatment. Please ask us.

What to expect from our Intensive Outpatient Program for Mental Health?
Before joining the program, all patients must undergo a thorough biopsychosocial assessment to determine if they are a candidate for the Clear Mind IOP. Through the program, individuals will learn to improve their coping skills and problem-solving, develop enhanced self-awareness, recognize unhealthy behaviors, and learn how to seek and receive support properly.
The IOP is available for Adults, Adolescents, and Teens.

Our Support and Recovery Groups focus on supporting, providing feedback, and helping each other through relating, displaying empathy, and understanding.
Problem-Solving:
Cognitive restructuring is the primary method for change.
Skills Development:
Develop skillsets related to group topics like Relapse Prevention and Communication skills.
Interpersonal Process Groups:
These groups focus on using peer groups as a means of healing. Our clinicians facilitate our Interpersonal Process Groups.
