Our Team

Keila Hirokawa received her Bachelor’s in Psychology at California State University, Long Beach. She is currently applying to Master’s in Clinical Psychology programs, but hopes to continue her education and obtain her PsyD in Clinical Psychology. In the future, she would like to open her own clinical practice and teach in higher education.

Previously, Keila has interned at a mental health and addictions treatment center where she assisted facilitating group therapy sessions for client’s with dual diagnoses. During her time as an undergraduate, she worked as a teaching assistant in the Psychology Department and research assistant in the Culture and Social Identity Development Lab at CSULB. She also volunteered at the YWCA as a crisis intervention advocate for victims of sexual assault on their 24-hour hotline. She is currently conducting research at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles on mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI). Keila primarily works as a patient care coordinator in Torrance and assists at our Scottsdale office. She is passionate about creating a nurturing space and supporting clients during Ketamine therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. During her free time, Keila enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, walks at the beach, journaling, and attending music festivals.
