What we have found is that even when you can help someone in a clinical or biological aspect of their depression or anxiety, they still go back to depression. Why is that? It is because when we have a loss of purpose in life, or meaning, or we feel like we lost our humanity in this world, it is no wonder someone will fall back into depression. How can you fix that?
