Dr. Khatri is an Attorney and Doctor. After practicing law in California since 2005, he went to medical school with the clear intention of gaining the experience and knowledge through medical training, and combining that knowledge to create medical companies that would help people – this is how Mental Health Therapy Clinic – Clear Mind Treatment was created.
Dr. Khatri has lived and trained in law and healthcare in NYC and Los Angeles. Dr. Khatri’s many professional accomplishments or actives include single handedly running a mixed in-person and telemedicine intensive outpatient program, changing the Constitution of New Mexico, leadership positions at law and medical schools, chair person on ethics committees, and volunteering at the domestic violence clinic at the Santa Monica, CA Court House.
When Dr. Khatri is not working, he enjoys photography, riding motorcycles, scuba diving, hiking, weights, reading, and exploring the world.
Lilla Dee studied and practiced family law in London, UK before moving to Los Angeles.
During those long hours at court she realised first hand the global need and issue of addressing mental health problems.
Dr. Nolan is a licensed psychologist with a PsyD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her B.S, from Boston University. She has been clinical director at Passages for several years, was an adjunct professor, and was a post-doc at Tarzana Treatment Centers. She is also EMDR trained and does psychological testing, and more.
Dr. Sandra Cox is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and has been practicing Psychiatry for 22 years, since graduating her residency program at the University of Colorado. She has experience treating a wide range of patient needs, from insight-oriented psychotherapy to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, attention-deficit disorders, trauma-induced disorders and substance abuse disorders. She incorporates into her treatment plans, healthy lifestyle coaching, nutritional and exercise guidance as well as mindfulness training to reduce anxiety and increase your sense of wellness. She loves treating the individual, as a whole human being, not just their brain chemistry.
Dr. Armstrong is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. His undergraduate degree was from Eastern Washington University (applied psychology), his Master’s was done at Antioch (Marriage therapy), Los Angeles, and he completed his coursework and dissertation for his Doctorate at Ryokan, Los Angeles. His dissertation was on applying the best evidence -based treatment methodology in working within the adoption triad and foster –families. Dr. Armstrong has been in the field of therapy for over 20 years. His experience ranges from private practice, acting as a Clinical Director for several large agencies (one for 15 years for foster youth and their families), psychiatric hospitals, residential and day treatment programs, inpatient and partial hospital settings. His theoretical orientation is focused on Narrative, Cognitive behavioral and, Solution – focused. Before a career in psychology, Ray taught English in France, worked in the fishing / crabbing industry in Alaska, and attended Chef school in Orlando Florida.
Ray has a broad and unique base of experience working with adolescents and young adults. Areas of emphasis include: mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD / ADD, PTSD, conduct disorder, oppositional defiance, substance abuse and eating disorders. He has extensive training and experience working with adults and premarital, marital, and family therapy. Currently, Dr. Armstrong is in private practice and holds a position at Of One Mind as Senior Clinical Therapist and we are proud to have him in our Mental Health Therapy Clinic – Clear Mind Treatment as the Clinical Director.
Ray has been married for 18 years and has two teenagers. He enjoys outdoor activities, especially jet skiing and hiking. Ray enjoys traveling, road trips with family, the beach, concerts (has attended over 200 concerts ranging from hard rock, indie to classical.) Ray very much enjoys cars and motorcycles.
Marcelle holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology (MA) from Pacifica Graduate Institute and is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT). Additionally, she received her MPH in Community Health Sciences and MA in African Studies from UCLA. Trained in depth psychology, psychodynamic psychology, and mindfulness, she is certified as a Yoga Teacher (two 200-ERYT), HeartMath Coach, Aromatherapist, Hypnotherapist, and Reiki & Harmonyum Practitioner. Marcelle is an Executive Coach for Torch Leadership Labs and is a Post-Masters MFT Fellow for Kaiser Permanente, specializing in Addiction Medicine & Recovery Services (AMRS), counseling both adults and adolescents one-on-one and in group settings.
Marcelle encourages self-reflection and candid communication with a humanistic approach towards relationships. She has traveled to and lived in parts of sub-Saharan Africa and the U.K. and attended a vipassana silent retreat in Colombia. It is her love for varying cultures and ancient meditation practices that has enriched her life and assisted her to understand the human psyche and our desire for interconnectedness.
Janelle Haider, MD is a triple-boarded physician — in neurology, psychiatry and integrative medicine. She thrives when collaborating with like-minded individuals to forward the current standard of nervous system care.
Rebecca is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her Bachelors in Social Work from Arizona State University and then went on to get her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She has worked with people of various ages across the life span. She began her clinical experience in a Crisis Residential working with individuals experiencing a current crisis and co-occurring disorders. Here she provided psychotherapy, crisis intervention and ran bi-weekly therapeutic groups. These groups included: seeking safety, mindfulness and relapse prevention. She then went on to work at Didi Hirsch’s outpatient clinic. There she provided individual and family psychotherapy, crisis intervention and care coordination services to individuals struggling with mental health, trauma, homelessness and co-occurring disorders. Since then Rebecca has been working as a life coach and psychotherapist specializing in eating disorders, addiction, trauma and co-occurring disorders.
Prior to her clinical experience, Rebecca worked as a Child Development Specialist in a crisis nursery with children experiencing homelessness. She was also a behavioral coach for children exhibiting disruptive behavior and teens in the juvenile justice system. Additionally, she worked with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism. During her Social Work Internship Rebecca developed and facilitated a group for at-risk teens and implemented mindfulness and stress reduction workshops in public schools. She was also involved in efforts to decrease and prevent substance abuse within the community. Additionally, she worked alongside her Professor at ASU conducting research on domestic sex-trafficking.
Rebecca is passionate about and skilled at working with eating disorders, substance abuse, and other self-defeating behaviors. She takes a relational and trauma informed approach with those with whom she works, believing that self-defeating behaviors often develop as a means for survival. Rebecca utilizes individualized and holistic interventions, empowering others to develop a healthy relationship with themselves, discover their authenticity and build a life they want to live.
Milla Rybak is an honors graduate of Hypnosis Motivation Institute, enjoying success in her private Hypnotherapy practice since 2017.
Milla has a passion for helping people successfully adjust to life after experiencing major change. Born and raised in the Ukraine, Milla relocated to her new home in the United States 12 years ago. Through this journey, she overcame resistance, fear, personal challenges and more and gained inner strength, determination and the deep sense of knowing how to navigate the waters of change.
Milla’s lifelong interest, research and study of human behaviors, beliefs and societal customs led her to the realization that “You can do anything you set your mind to do.” Today, MIlla uses Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and many other tools to assist her clients in maximizing the power of their minds to achieve the goals they want while releasing old habits, beliefs and behaviors.
In addition, Milla helps her clients achieve mindfulness, resilience and inner peace through releasing, resistance and fears, implementing tools for successful adaption to change, overcoming physical limitations, and increasing personal success in relationship, career and self-confidence goals.

16 years as an RN, medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, DOU, and ICU 3 years as a family nurse practitioner;
primary care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and addiction med Psych mental health nurse practitioner student AANP certified CA licensed RN and FNP X-Waivered (Suboxone license) and DEA license Experience in caring for vulnerable populations and drug and alcohol addicted patients for over 16 years.
Jessica is currently in graduate school for MFT and has plans of becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. In her spare time, she is avid fan of cats and has a doberman farm she spends time at on the weekend.
Taylor recently earned a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Psychology from the University of Southern California. Currently, she is enrolled as a part-time student in the Premedical Post-Baccalaureate Program at USC in hopes to pursue a career in medicine. Taylor is very passionate about mental health with an emphasis on depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. Prior to her work with Clear Mind Treatment, Taylor worked as a Medical Scribe at Providence Medical Institute in Redondo Beach, CA. In her free time, when she is not working or studying, Taylor enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, meditating, and yoga.
Kristen holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. She also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Art from New York University.
Kristen has extensive experience helping families and individuals overcome difficult circumstances. Her primary focus is on helping individuals identify strengths to aid in recovery and empowerment, as well as helping resolve conflict. She has extensive experience in adoption, foster care, and family law settings.
Prior to her work with Clear Mind Treatment, Kristen worked as the Director of Development for both Spence-Chapin Adoption and for Generation Ubuntu, NFP.
