The financial and fees section of the admissions agreement has been updated to include:
“You understand your program requires daily attendance while enrolled and/or authorized by your insurance company. You agree to attend your daily services, unless otherwise agreed, and you agree that we bill your insurance company daily for these services”
This update is effective immediately.
