Lead by Dr. Khatri, Clear Mind Treatment offers a very unique and effective program in conjunction with TMS and Brain Health is licensed, physician run, and Joint Commission accredited.
It is specifically designed to break through Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD), pain, anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) using a combination of scientifically validated therapies and treatments under a doctor’s direction, and possibly without the use of long term medications.
Our insurance covered program also contains both in-person and a telemedicine (at home video chat) component for your convenience, but it is ultimately tailored to meet your individual needs, and additional modalities such as TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Ketamine (Spravato).
To start, you will create a treatment plan with your assigned therapist. All things considered and depending on your needs, this may include different combinations of therapy. You will have access to 15-25 hours of therapist and MD time in form of group and individual psychotherapy. Additionally to your 15-25 hours per week program, you may voluntarily add ketamine/esketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, neuro-feedback, group therapy (including couples and family therapy), individual therapy, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy.
*Note that while some of these modalities are optional, attending group therapy is an insurance-mandated requirement to attend this program.

How does TMS help with depression? TMS uses magnetic pulses to gently activate parts of the brain associated with depression and anxiety. Typically, TMS is administered 5 times per week for 4-6 weeks. TMS is both drug-free and FDA-approved.
Ketamine (or name-brand Spravato) is a Schedule III FDA approved intranasal spray. Intranasal administration is preferable due to its ability to rapidly alleviate symptoms of Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD), pain, anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
For the most part, our group therapy is via HIPAA compliant telemedicine (Zoom). According to the American Psychological Association, group therapy is an excellent way of getting support from your therapists and from peers who are also going through similar experiences as you. These group ‘check-ins’ will be inclusive of other people in the program. In the meantime it may consist of evidence-based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness training, psychoeducation, and/or hypnotherapy.
You will have an individual therapy session at least once per week via telemedicine. We may encourage you to consider having your family or significant other present for some therapy sessions.
